Brightsight Window Cleaning LLC provides Window Cleaning Service, Residential Window Cleaning, Commercial Window Cleaning, Window Screen Cleaning, Screen Cleaning Service, Window Washing Service, Exterior Window Cleaning, Interior Window Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Brightsight Window Cleaning LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brightsight Window Cleaning LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
